A gallery that reads like a journal.
A contemporary Pakistani art platform: home, journal, an art review and the story behind it, at desktop and phone.

A digital home for contemporary Pakistani art.
Numaaish — نمائش, an exhibition — finds emerging Pakistani artists, writes about their work and publishes a digital gallery anyone can walk through, from anywhere. It calls itself a curatorial record, not a shop, so the site is built to be read. Art reviews run long and unhurried, set in Fraunces and Newsreader on a warm paper ground, with the artist’s work beside the words. The journal gathers every review; the gallery catalogues work by artist, medium, category and year. The home page moves from the latest writing to the collection to a letter for new work, and every page is designed for the phone as well as the desktop.
